Welcome to the first of our 2020 estate and liquidation sales!
We are kicking off with this first sale of the year by taking a trio to the “Hollywood Hills” of Claremont–the Claraboya neighborhood, up in the hills. A lovely and beautiful neighborhood with fantastic homes that all come with fantastic views out over the valley.
This is a fun and cute sale in a mid-century home was occupied by the owner for 65 years!
As this is not a huge sale, we will be moving it all in just one, short day.
You will find several fine mid-century furniture pieces, as well as: nice accents, wall art, kitchenware, patio set, bedroom set, elegant women’s clothing, and lots of interesting pieces, all in a beautiful setting.
