We are back with another great estate sale, we like to call this one the “Time Capsule” sale as it is filled with loads of great stuff from over 50 YEARS of single family living in this fine home. If you are looking for those quality goods of the years gone by then this is the sale for you!

This 1948 California Ranch Style Home is full of classic and vintage furniture, lamps, lots of memorabilia and small collectibles, a mixture of something for everyone, with a fun mix of Mid-century furniture meets the 1920’s.
There is so much to choose from here and to look through–appliances, lamps, china, kitchenware, outdoor furniture… just so much.
The family spent over half a century in this lovely Arcadia home and we have to get it all cleared in ONE DAY, you know what that means… BARGAIN ALERT!
The contents include:
A washer and dryer set, a nice & clean refrigerator, sweet vintage wood patio furniture-very cool! We have some mid-century furniture pieces in excellent condition. There is a glass paperweight collection, American vintage, cut glass, Asian cloisonne, and a sturdy, large free-standing safe! Oak roll top desk plus other vintage and classic furniture of all sorts–in great condition! A large assortment of small stuff, collectibles, memorabilia, paper–oh and there is a kitchen dinette, it is cute as a bug!! Some neat and cool lamps, a garage full of tools and assorted stuff–over 50 years of garage stuff! Old trunks, bedroom sets, perfume bottles of all sorts, linens, linens, linens! You just have to see it all… too much to list!
